Job summary

TELUS Health is hiring in Richmond, BC for a Pharmacy Support role within the Virtual Pharmacy team. You will manage inbound prescription workflow, liaise with doctors, and support patient adherence using TELUS Health Kroll Pharmacy Management Software.

We value strong communication, organization, and 1–3 years’ pharmacy experience. Bilingual English/French is a plus, and you can work in-office, virtually, or in a hybrid arrangement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of TELUS Health Kroll Pharmacy Management Software.
• Technologically savvy.
• Exceptional organization skills.
• 1-3 years experience working in a pharmacy.
• Bilingual (English and French)

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound prescription workflow.
• Liaison with doctors and healthcare stakeholders.
• Manage patient adherence through reminder tools and web applications.
• Process prescriptions using TELUS Health Kroll Pharmacy Management Software.
• Actively work with other team members in the fulfillment of patient prescription needs.
• Assist patients with provincial, private payor and out-of-pocket expenses.
• Work with key team members to provide business insights to develop transformative initiatives.
