Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous pharmacy experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or equivalent hands-on pharmacy role.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills—accuracy is critical.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Solid understanding of provincial pharmacy regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare medications accurately using manual methods and robotic dispensing systems.
• Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, and restocking medications and supplies across standard and central fill operations.
• Process administrative tasks including insurance claims, patient records, and pharmacy software documentation.
• Support high-volume central fill operations with precision and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment while adhering to provincial regulations and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with Pharmacists, RPTs, and team members to deliver excellent patient service.
