Job summary

TELUS Health is seeking a full-time Central Fill Pharmacist to join our Richmond Hill, Ontario team onsite. The role involves daily fulfillment duties, prescription record management, and partnering with senior leaders to drive digital pharmacy initiatives.

You will work rotating day/evening shifts, maintain pharmacy responsibilities, and contribute to business insights and brand awareness within a cutting-edge healthcare tech environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with Ontario College of Pharmacists.
• Necessary liability insurance to practice pharmacy.
• Clinical confidence with pharmacy operations.
• Solid understanding of TELUS Health Kroll Pharmacy Management Software.
• Technologically savvy and adaptable to digital workflows.

Responsibilities

• Complete pharmacist duties and verifications as part of daily fulfillment requirements using Kroll paperless workflow.
• Prescription record management
• Workflow management to meet daily business needs and operational effectiveness
• Assess and assist with other pharmacy/business duties when required
• Assist with brand awareness through collaboration with Plan Sponsors
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge of pharmacist duties
• Work with key team members to provide business insights to develop transformative initiatives

The Central Fill Pharmacy team in Richmond Hill is growing! We are seeking a full time Central Fill Pharmacist to work onsite. We prefer someone who is available to work rotating day and evening shifts.

This position will be onsite at our Richmond Hill ON pharmacy.

You'll be part of a team that will lead the digital pharmacy industry.

Salary Range: $86,000-$136,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%
