Job summary

TELUS Richmond, BC, is expanding its Virtual Pharmacy team. You will manage patient communications, handle inbound prescription workflows, and liaise with doctors and healthcare stakeholders to support chronic disease management and medication adherence.

You will use TELUS Health Kroll Pharmacy Management Software, stay organized, solve problems, and help patients navigate provincial and private payor options. Strong communication and tech-savviness are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong patient communication skills.

• Technologically savvy.

• 1-3 years experience working in a pharmacy.
