Kibbi is partnering with a plaintiff-side personal injury firm seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Lawyer. This fully remote role across Ontario offers the chance to manage a full caseload from start to finish, handle all litigation stages, and work closely with an experienced team to develop trial-ready skills.

The ideal candidate will be called to the Ontario Bar with proven PI litigation experience, strong advocacy, and excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Qualificações

• Called to the Ontario Bar.
• Experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
• Strong knowledge of the Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure and Insurance Act.
• Ability to independently manage files.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a full caseload of plaintiff personal injury files from start to finish.
• Handle all stages of the litigation process, from pleadings through resolution.
• Conduct examinations for discovery.
• Attend and prepare for motions, mediations, and pre-trials.
• Assist with trial preparation and develop case strategy.
• Collaborate with support staff for efficient file management.
