Cartel Inc. is seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Law Clerk for a fully remote role. The position requires 5+ years of plaintiff PI experience, strong English communication, and excellent organization to handle files from intake to trial.

Location is listed as North York – Remote with a salary up to CAD 75K. The ideal candidate works well independently and within a team, can manage multiple priorities, and is flexible to overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• File management from intake to trial.
• Preparing correspondence, requesting medical, employment and other records.
• Preparing motion records, settlement and medical briefs.
• Scheduling examinations for discovery, medical legal, mediations, hearings and court appointments.
• Preparing Affidavit of Documents, document production and undertakings.
• Trial and Hearing preparation.
• Maintaining and updating calendars.
