Job summary

Fluxon is a fully remote, North American team delivering thoughtful HR solutions. We’re seeking a People Partner to drive HR programs, own core processes, and be the reliable point of contact for employees.

You will coordinate onboarding, payroll, benefits, and offboarding, while supporting compliance and performance processes. This role reports to the North American People Partner and is open to candidates across Canada or the US.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in People Operations or HR, designing and running programs.
• Ability to build programs from 0 to 1 and iterate based on feedback.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with partners across teams.
• Excellent execution and attention to detail in HR processes.
• Experience oriented with focus on improving the employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Own or support core HR processes to ensure a consistent employee experience.
• Coordinate onboarding, benefits administration, and offboarding.
• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time.
• Assist with performance review cycles and recurring programs.
• Support compliance tasks (I-9s, registrations, leave paperwork).
