A behavioral health organization is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage accurate payroll processing and employee records. This role involves multitasking in a dynamic environment and requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of payroll processing experience, ideally with ADP WorkforceNow. This is a full-time remote position offering a salary range of $28 to $34 USD per hour, along with comprehensive benefits, including medical and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of hands-on Time & Attendance administration experience.
• 3 years of payroll processing experience required.
• Experience with audits and analysis of payroll data.

Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll processing in the WorkforceNow/ADP environment.
• Maintain accurate employee data and audit trails.
• Process and monitor tax liens and wage garnishments.
