Job summary

Jobgether seeks an experienced Test Manager to lead QA for a major CCM and document management system replacement project in Canada. The role is 50% part-time freelance, fully remote, and may combine with a 50% Test Engineer assignment.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Test Manager on large-scale system replacement or migration projects.
• Experience in CCM, output management, or document management platforms advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles and agile delivery methodologies (SAFe and Scrum).
• Proven leadership and coordination across business and IT stakeholders; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the test strategy for replacing the CCM platform.
• Define legacy-versus-new system comparisons with identical data streams.
• Plan, coordinate, monitor, and control all testing activities from design to implementation.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, developers, architects, and business teams to align testing priorities.
• Design testing approaches for automated or batched documents (e.g., reminders, month-end outputs).
• Establish test data management processes with compliant use-case datasets.
• Coordinate integration, end-to-end, performance, volume testing, and UAT.
• Lead defect management and provide progress reports to management and steering committees.
• Assess implementation readiness and provide go/no-go recommendations.
