Job summary

Jetfuel is seeking a Creative Strategist to own the creative side of paid social campaigns for DTC and e‑commerce brands. You will write briefs, craft compelling assets across statics, video and UGC, and collaborate with Growth Strategists on the media plan and client feedback.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years making paid social creative for DTC brands with a portfolio of statics, video, and UGC
• Strong in Figma or Adobe CC, plus a video editing tool
• Clear written English; briefs and write-ups are reviewed closely

Responsibilities

• Write briefs covering angle, persona, awareness stage, hook and format
• Create finished assets: statics, video cuts, UGC edits and landing page modules
• Pull customer language from reviews and ad comments to build personas and messages
• Run content gap analysis on competitors and on the account's ads
• Explain why an ad works using hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA and creative tags
• Design tests with a hypothesis and log results in our platform
• Understand attribution windows and flag winning assets
• Design landing page sections and review Clarity recordings
• Present creative on client calls and iterate from feedback
• Plan monthly output against the media plan and maintain scope
