Job summary

RBC in Mississauga is seeking an Overnight Banking Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service across phone, email, chat, video, and social channels. This full-time, shift-oriented role includes work-from-home flexibility and opportunities for long-term career growth in RBC Advice Centres.

You will proactively assist clients with banking solutions, resolve concerns at first contact, and educate users on RBC’s digital tools while upholding compliance and risk controls.

Qualifications
