Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful outside sales experience.
• Experience in construction/building products preferred.
• Strong business development, prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Able to manage long sales cycles and close complex deals.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Independent, self-starter who can manage a territory.
• Background in B2B/B2C sales.
• Knowledge of commercial construction or building systems is an asset.
• Experience with pre-engineered, post-frame or fabric building systems is an asset.
