What will you do?

As an Outbound Sales Associate, your goal is to ensure customers receive the best value for their products/services. Your responsibilities include:

• Making outbound calls to existing or past customers to upsell additional services
• Selling and adding on products that meet customer needs
• Staying updated on packages for Internet, Home Phone, Programming, and TV services
• Understanding customer situations and recognizing their needs
• Building rapport quickly and overcoming objections
• Maintaining confidentiality
• Meeting and exceeding KPI targets

You Will Be a Great Fit If You Have

• Experience in a call center, particularly in outbound sales
• At least 6 months of sales experience
• Experience following a script
• Ability to build rapport and handle objections
• A motivation to earn higher income in a bonus-driven environment
• Strong computer skills for multitasking across various software
• Equipment provided; connection via Ethernet cord required (Wi-Fi not supported)
