1-800-GOT-JUNK?, part of O2E Brands, is hiring happy, hard-working individuals to join our 250+ Remote Inbound Sales Agents across Canada.

• Hiring Immediately for June 6th
• Full-Time. Work 5 days on & 2 days off
• Availability to work shifts anytime between Monday-Sunday 12 PM - 2 AM, PST.

A Day in the Life

• Answer incoming Australian calls and provide a world-class experience for our Australian customers
• You receive inbound calls only — there are no outbound cold calls in this role
• Sell the magic of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? by explaining how we can make junk disappear with just a point of a finger
• Customers call in for various reasons, such as inquiring about our services, they have junk to remove and want to see if we service their area, if and when we can take it away, and often ask about pricing. You will answer their questions with the goal of converting those inquiries into bookings for our truck team members to take away their items
• All new agents must be available to start on June 6th
• You will receive 3 weeks of fully paid remote training to set you up for success
• After training, each agent joins a team with a Team Lead who will support you, help you learn, and grow

What You Bring to the Table

• You are legally authorized to work in Canada and currently reside in BC
• Training availability for the first 3 weeks to work between 7 AM and 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday PST
• Following training, availability to work between 12 PM and 2 AM, Monday - Sunday PST
• A friendly telephone manner, strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable learning new technology & good typing speed (minimum 25 wpm)
• A quiet space at home, a reliable internet connection, and a personal computer with 8GB memory
• A wired Ethernet connection is required
• Experience with sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or relevant experience is a plus!
