Qualifications

• Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO).
• 1–2 years in-home community experience required.
• 1–2 years experience is an asset; new graduates welcome.
• Proficiency with computer applications, including MS Office Suite and proprietary clinical software.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services virtually.
• Conduct occupational therapy assessments using interviews, standardized tools, and informal assessment techniques.
• Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans in collaboration with clients and caregivers.
• Assign, supervise, and monitor occupational therapy assistants as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and professional documentation, including assessment findings, care plans, progress and discharge summaries, and reports aligned with referral source requirements and COTO standards.
