Qualifications

• Registered member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
• Ability to travel within the community with valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsabilités

• Provide OT interventions, including ADL/IADL strategies and home modifications.
• Use a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach to care and services.
• Support a restorative approach through health coaching and self-management.
