Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner registration in Canada.
• Experience in primary care or virtual care.
• Ability to prescribe medications within scope.
• Excellent written communication and digital platform proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review patient intake forms and histories.
• Conduct asynchronous virtual assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and diagnostics when appropriate.
• Provide patient education and follow-up via secure messaging.
• Maintain clinical documentation and coordinate with pharmacy teams.
