Qualifications

• Interest or experience in education, precepting, mentorship, assessment, research, simulation or professional development.
• Comfort using digital collaboration tools and a secure online review workflow.
• A suitable private WFH workspace, reliable internet and a secure computer.

Responsibilities

• Review NCLEX-RN, NCLEX-PN and other nursing-focused resources for accuracy, currency, clarity and alignment.
• Evaluate clinical judgment, prioritization, delegation, patient safety, communication, care planning and nursing scope.
• Explain corrections clearly so the final resource teaches reasoning, not just recall.
• Participate in calibration, quality-control questions, random sampling, second review and audit.
• When agreed, contribute to mentorship, webinars, speaking engagements or product planning.
