Job summary

Benjamin's Agency is a remote, contract-style Meta Ads role for e-commerce brands. You will own and optimize Meta ad campaigns, ensure proper tracking, and report weekly KPI results. The role supports up to five clients and pays a fixed monthly fee per client between $500 and $1,500 USD, with tracking setup included.

This position is remote (US or Canada) with international scope, and involves coordinating with our Project Manager and Content Lead to drive results on a weekly cadence.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Meta Ads experience for e-commerce.
• Tracking tech (Stape, Conversions API, Triple Whale) familiarity.
• Ability to read numbers and translate into actions.
• Disciplined with budgets and client spend.
• A sharp eye for creative that drives paid media results.
• Integrity: no spend changes without written approval.

Responsibilities

• Set up and verify tracking per client (Stape, CAPI, TW).
• Plan, launch, optimize and pace Meta campaigns and test creatives.
• Check every account daily for spend, delivery and tracking.
• Write the weekly KPI report and join client calls with PM.
• Brief Content Lead on shoots based on performance data.
