Job summary

YPO Canada is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to oversee end-to-end production of creative assets for marketing initiatives. You will scope requests, assess requirements, develop schedules and coordinate across stakeholders and creative teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

In this contractor role, you’ll collaborate with Marketing Systems and Operations teams, implement improved processes, and manage multiple projects across time zones.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or marketing support.
• Experience in creative, marketing or communications environment preferred.
• Exposure to cross-functional teams and vendor coordination a plus.
• Hands-on experience using project management platforms to track progress.

Responsibilities

• Scope and determine feasibility of producing new creative assets.
• Maintain quality standards across the production of all creative assets.
• Plan, adjust and manage production schedules to fit briefs.
• Implement new processes, platforms and best practices to optimize resources.
• Track and traffic jobs from start to finish to meet stakeholder expectations.
• Serve as PM liaison and lead communication between Creative & Brand Experience and other departments.
