Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Marketing Analyst based in Canada. The role focuses on optimizing marketing performance through data analysis, campaign evaluation, and actionable insights. You will analyze A/B tests, attribution and LTV models, and help improve reporting and budgeting for international digital products.

The position is fully remote, full-time, with a globally distributed team. Candidates should have strong statistics, SQL, BI tool experience, and English at B2 level or higher.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical background and statistical knowledge.
• Experience with marketing data and BI tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical, mathematical, economic, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Prepare analytical reports and performance summaries on advertising campaigns.
• Develop actionable recommendations to improve KPIs across campaigns.
• Evaluate A/B tests and interpret results for future experiments.
• Monitor marketing KPIs daily across products and campaigns.
• Identify performance deviations and investigate causes.
• Review and improve attribution and LTV models.
• Improve marketing reports, processes, and budgeting tools.
• Collaborate with teams to support data-driven marketing decisions.
