Jobgether is listing a remote Ads Specialist (Media Buyer) position based in Canada. You will execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns, collaborate with Ads Strategists and Customer Success Managers, and monitor account health in a remote-first, international team.

The role offers growth toward an Ads Strategist, exposure to multiple platforms, and a focus on performance analytics. Fluency in English is required and independent freelancer status is essential.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in digital advertising, marketing, analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts and campaign management.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other digital advertising platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance, recognize trends, and identify potential issues.
• Experience with campaign reporting, performance analysis, data, or analytics tools is preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English is required.
• Independent freelancer, not represented by another agency, and currently based in South America or Asia.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
• Manage budgets, targeting, creatives, offers, and platform configurations.
• Implement optimizations and strategic changes defined by Ads Strategists.
• Monitor campaign performance, delivery, pacing, and overall account health.
• Identify unusual performance changes, emerging trends, potential issues, and optimization opportunities.
• Escalate concerns requiring strategic input and provide relevant account observations to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers by communicating campaign updates, implementation progress, performance insights, and account context.
• Verify campaign accuracy, maintain organized accounts, and ensure all activities follow established processes and quality standards.
• Develop a deeper understanding of advertising platforms, marketing strategy, analytical methods, and dealership marketing objectives.
• Contribute ideas and observations while progressively building the skills required for future Ads Strategist responsibilities.
