Job summary

Four Seasons is seeking a Part-Time Reservations Sales Specialist to join the Worldwide Reservation Operations team from Ontario, Canada. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding guests' needs and confidently recommending and booking the perfect Four Seasons experience whether traveling for business or pleasure.

This is a remote, work-from-home position based in Ontario. The role supports up to 29 hours per week with rotating shifts and requires excellent consultative sales skills,

Qualifications

• High School graduate.
• Post-secondary diploma/degree an asset.
• Minimum 1-2 years sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to identify guests' needs and make recommendations.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional services to enhance guest experience.
• Book reservations with high accuracy and clarity on rates and policies.
• Respond to inquiries professionally via phone and email.
• Coordinate with hotels on behalf of guests and travel professionals.
• Meet or exceed sales and quality goals.
