Placements24 is seeking a talented Remote Logistics Network Analyst for a fully remote role serving South Africa from anywhere. You will analyze and optimize the logistics network, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements to reduce costs and improve delivery times.

You will model demand, forecast inventory, and monitor KPIs, collaborating with carriers, operations teams, and stakeholders to drive network efficiency and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related quantitative field.
• Proven experience as Logistics/Supply Chain Analyst focusing on network optimization.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with logistics modeling and simulation software is desirable.
• Knowledge of TMS and WMS systems preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently on multiple remote projects.
