Aramark is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our remote lodge operations across Canada. You will provide strategic direction for hospitality and support services, manage client relationships, drive financial performance, and lead large teams in remote environments.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and employee engagement, with responsibilities including oversight of food services, housekeeping, maintenance, accommodations, and related services across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading service-focused operations.
• Experience in contract services or hospitality environments.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
• Proven ability to lead through other managers.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team that provides operational expertise in contracted services while providing hands-on execution management of operations.
• Manages client and community relationships at the location, assesses operations, and develops plans to deliver optimal service.
• Builds, develops, and leads a management team and staff to achieve objectives.
• Recommends methods, resources, and implementation for service improvement and growth based on operational needs and contractual obligations.
• In partnership with Finance, manages a budget and assists in designing improvements to optimize financial performance and productivity.
• Ensures compliance with local, state (where applicable), and federal regulations and Aramark standards of operation and safety.
