The candidate should have experience in remote or commercial settings, with relevant WHMIS and First Aid considerations. Travel and long rotations away from home are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years managerial experience preferably in remote camp or hotel/hospitality industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-focused housekeeping training and onboarding.
• Partner with Operations to support daily objectives.
• Train associates on cleaning standards, PPE, chemicals, and equipment.
• Conduct inspections, track training records, and report deficiencies.
• Promote service excellence, compliance, and a positive work environment.
