Triwill Group is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Lead (Remote CAD) based in Canada to build and scale a lifecycle practice within a high-performance B2B marketing environment. This foundational leadership role blends strategic vision with hands‑on execution across eCommerce, SaaS, and service models.

You will shape lifecycle methodology, technology recommendations, segmentation, experimentation and measurement, and act as a player‑coach guiding client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle marketing strategy across acquisition, nurture, conversion, onboarding, retention and expansion.
• Shape segmentation, experimentation, and measurement frameworks for programs.
• Mentor and develop marketers as the lifecycle practice grows.
• Influence sales, scoping and commercial strategy to maximize revenue impact.
• Operate as a player-coach in an autonomous, fast-moving environment.
