Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Lead Technical Project Manager based in Canada to oversee end-to-end SaaS implementations across automotive and related industries. You will mentor a team of Technical Project Managers and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain scope, timelines, risks, and outcomes.

The role emphasizes agile governance, process improvement, and strong client communication. This is a fully remote opportunity offering broad visibility across technical delivery and customer success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical or software implementation projects, preferably SaaS.
• Strong ability to manage end-to-end delivery from init to post-launch support.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of a team of Technical Project Managers.
• Manage full lifecycle of SaaS implementation projects from initiation to post-launch support.
• Define scope, requirements, timelines, milestones, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Drive alignment across customers, development teams and business leads; identify risks and mitigations.
• Create, monitor, and maintain project tasks, schedules, and documentation.
• Lead project meetings with customers and internal teams to focus on priorities and outcomes.
• Translate technical information into clear business communication for clients.
• Coordinate testing, QA milestones, acceptance criteria, and client validation.
• Maintain project documentation, status updates, risks, and governance materials.
• Provide weekly delivery reports to leadership on progress and risks.
• Serve as the primary client contact during implementation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Continuously improve workflows and tools to enhance delivery and onboarding.
