Job summary

Roveir & Roveia Health is hiring a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist to execute paid acquisition campaigns for a portfolio of clients. You’ll work on Meta Ads and Google Ads, building campaigns from scratch and optimizing toward goals.

You’ll collaborate with Performance Marketing Leads, monitor campaigns daily, and contribute to reporting and creative coordination. A clear path to a Lead role is available within 12–18 months.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads or Google Ads across campaigns.
• Created campaigns from scratch, not just boosted posts.
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, audiences, bidding, and optimization.
• Able to read performance data and draw basic conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads under senior direction.
• Manage daily monitoring, pacing, and performance checks across multiple accounts.
• Execute optimizations — bids, budgets, audiences, and creative swaps.
• Maintain clean account structure and naming conventions.
• Support reporting with weekly and monthly client performance updates.
• Coordinate with designers and media buyers on ad creatives.
