Alignerr is seeking Italian-speaking voice actors for AI training. This remote, flexible hourly contract role focuses on recording high-quality Italian samples and evaluating AI speech for naturalness and expressiveness.

Ideal candidates are native or near-native Italian speakers with voice acting experience, a good microphone, and a quiet home studio. You will provide feedback and refine scripts, working independently with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian, native or near-native.
• Experience in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, or dubbing.

Responsibilities

• Record high-quality Italian voice samples based on provided scripts and prompts.
• Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, and expressiveness.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve AI-generated speech quality.
• Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity and natural delivery.
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule.
