Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, score outputs, and explain what looked off, all from home or while traveling.

Responsibilities include evaluating images, videos, and audio for adherence to prompts, and providing written explanations. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortion, flicker, or audio-video misalignment.
• Write concise, evidence-based explanations in English describing what was seen or heard.
