Job summary

The base salary is CAD 111,360 per year with On Target Earnings (OTE) based on performance. Top performers can earn CAD 215,000+ per year. This is a full-time, remote position with weekly payments and bonuses.

• Distributes all benefit enrollment materials and determines eligibility.
• Dispatch incoming customer phone calls
• Accept customer calls and return customer
• Respond to client requests for coverages while representing their best interests.
• Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system.
• Work and learn from management teams to stay up to date on new products, services, and policies.
