Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in insurance appraisal or body shop estimating or 2 years in Auto PD claims.
• Ability to appraise auto body claims.
• Experience reading Mitchell estimates and total loss reports.
• Ability to work remotely, independently, and unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve incoming photo-image assignments to ensure quality.
• Negotiate costs with repair facilities and record details of appraisal activity.
• Provide advice to PD adjusters when exceptions are made.
• Participate in industry events and training of other staff.
