Job summary

Vosyn invites applications for a Master-Level Internship as an HR Process Analyst. This remote role with hybrid options in Toronto spans about 520 hours (roughly 3 months).

You’ll analyze and redesign HR workflows to boost efficiency and compliance, collaborating with HR and cross-functional teams. You’ll leverage Excel and Power BI for data insights, gain exposure to HRIS/ATS systems, and support automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Process Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in process evaluation or improvement.
• Familiarity with HR systems and process automation tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like Excel/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing HR processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement optimized workflows to enhance HR operations.
• Collaborate with HR teams to document processes and ensure consistency.
• Evaluate HR systems and tools to identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
• Monitor process performance and generate data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies in process design.
• Provide training and support to HR teams on new processes and systems.
• Contribute to HR projects such as process audits and system integrations.
