About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Specialist to join our People and Culture team. This internship is perfect for someone with a strong interest in candidate interviews, evaluation, maintaining and creating pipelines for end-to-end recruitment processes. As an HR Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for screening and qualifying candidates, conducting interviews, and assessing their alignment with the organization’s needs and values. This position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment, with opportunities to collaborate with senior management and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline. While demanding, it provides a rewarding experience that will deepen your expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review applications to screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational needs.
  • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by networking and leveraging recruitment tools.
  • Provide detailed candidate evaluations and recommendations to the hiring team.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and refine candidate profiles.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance candidate sourcing and evaluation.

About You:

  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s program in Human Resources Management or a related field. Master’s program enrollment or completion is mandatory.
  • Capable of evaluating candidate qualifications and providing well‑informed recommendations
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Strong communication and strong accountability to effectively engage in your work and contribute in a team environment ultimately driving success within Human Resource efforts.
  • Proficient communication in English (both verbal and written) is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Recruitment Process:

  2. Written Questionnaire: Selected candidates will receive a set of 10 written questions to assess their fit and technical knowledge.
  3. Video Questionnaire: Candidates who successfully pass the written assessment will be asked to answer 10 additional questions to be submitted in a video format to further evaluate their skills and cultural fit. The ability to video record your answers will be required.
  4. Evaluation: Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage.
  5. Orientation Session: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an orientation session where they will learn more about Vosyn, our projects, and what to expect during the internship. After this session, you will be given the opportunity to opt‑in if you believe that this internship is for you.
