Job summary

Vosyn is seeking a Master’s level HRIS Specialist intern to optimize and manage our HRIS to support efficiency and decision-making. You will analyze data, maintain data accuracy, and collaborate with HR and IT teams to enhance system functionality.

In this remote role with hybrid options in Toronto, you will generate HR metrics reports (turnover, engagement, performance), support system updates, configurations, and training for users. Master’s in HR or Business Administration is required.

About the Role:

As an HRIS Specialist at Vosyn, you will be at the forefront of optimizing and managing our Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to support organizational efficiency and decision-making. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can analyze data, maintain system accuracy, and collaborate with HR and IT teams to enhance system functionality.

You will play a vital role in ensuring HR systems align with organizational goals, delivering data-driven insights, and streamlining processes to create a seamless employee experience. Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Process:

3. Video Questionnaire: Candidates who successfully pass the written assessment will be asked to answer 10 additional questions to be submitted in a video format to further evaluate their skills and cultural fit. The ability to video record your answers will be required.


4. Evaluation: Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage.
