Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health, Economics, Mathematics/Actuarial Sciences, or related field.
• 5 years of Medical Economics, Healthcare Analytics, Informatics and/or Actuarial Services in the health care payer sector.
• Master’s degree preferred in related area.
• Strong coding background with dashboards experience (Tableau/Power BI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and reports showing total program impact to the health plan.
• Track program outcomes and provide strategic insights.
• Extract, summarize and analyze large datasets using SAS, SQL or similar tools.
• Present insights in executive-ready presentations with clear analytics outcomes.
• Collaborate with business partners to refine analytics and hypotheses.
• Deliver high-quality financial reports with attention to detail.
• Work in a matrixed environment across departments.
