Job summary
SE Health is seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to oversee the end-to-end migration of operational, clinical, financial, scheduling, payroll, and customer data to AlayaCare as part of the Reimagining Care at Home transformation.
The role requires project management, data governance, healthcare data governance knowledge, and hands-on migration leadership, coordinating with business leaders, vendor teams, and implementation partners to ensure readiness and business continuity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years delivering large-scale data migration programs.
- 5+ years in Data Migration Lead or similar role.
- Healthcare or SaaS migration experience.
- Experience migrating data between complex systems.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, mapping and transformation.
- Vendor and partner management experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication.
Responsibilities
- Develop and govern the overall migration strategy and plan.
- Coordinate data discovery, quality assessment, and mappings.
- Lead validation, reconciliation, and cutover readiness.
- Engage with vendors, partners, and business stakeholders.
- Provide executive updates and governance materials.
