Job summary

Marble is seeking a Fulfillment team member for SettLiT, a health data platform serving US and Canadian partners. You will own escalations, chase quiet providers, reconcile invoices, and ensure timely, compliant data movements for client cases.

You’ll work remote across Canada, with Toronto-office hybrid option. The role requires independently resolving issues, strong Excel skills, and clear communication under high-volume, fast-paced conditions.

Qualifications

• Independent escalation experience with external parties, providers, vendors, payers, or partners.
• Root-cause problem solving over symptom management.
• Strong ability to filter, reconcile, and review data in Excel.
• Clear written and spoken communication with clients and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own complex requests and escalations from law firm clients and providers.
• Maintain queues to meet documentation, privacy, and data export standards.
• Ensure HIPAA and state health data compliance on all work.
• Deliver client projects via phone and email, organize data exports.
• Onboard and configure new accounts with network partners for client codes.
• Identify platform issues, report bugs with detailed context, and suggest improvements.
• Mentor junior teammates on escalation handling and compliance within a year.
