Remote Health Sciences Project Manager

Job summary

NORR is seeking a Project Manager to plan and manage health sciences projects, ensuring contractual commitments are met on time and within budget. You will leverage interpersonal and leadership skills and apply an understanding of project financials to determine resources for successful execution.

In this role you will guide a multi-disciplinary team of architects and engineers, maintain client relationships, and coordinate with contractors and authorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and client management is required.
• 10-15 years of project work experience.
• Experience in health care projects.
• Registered with a relevant professional association is an asset.
• Strong understanding of project accounting.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage project scope, plans, schedules and budgets.
• Develop detailed work plans for architectural and engineering disciplines.
• Lead an integrated team of architects and engineers in QA/QC for deliverables.
• Monitor scope changes and negotiate solutions to meet client expectations.
• Coordinate with contractors and authorities to address constructability issues.
• Serve as primary liaison with client, contractor, and project team.
