Equitable is hiring for a Group Sales and Service Support role, a fully remote position supporting the Eastern provinces of Canada. The role involves administrative support for the Group Sales team, maintaining positive experiences for sponsors and advisors, and collaboration with GAEs across a regional network.

The position emphasizes customer service, data accuracy, and process improvements, with travel optional for in-person needs as assigned.

Qualifications

• Professional customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Submit requests to quote to underwriting and coordinate with advisors for missing information.
• Assist GAEs with renewal processes by ordering reports and submitting rates.
• Prepare group terminations and order required reports.
• Provide support to advisors and clients via email and phone.
• Handle inquiries regarding commissions and licensing requirements.
