Outlier is seeking talented, detail-oriented English speakers to help train AI models through live conversations, image and video evaluations, and careful reporting. This freelance opportunity is remote with flexible hours, allowing you to work when it suits you.

Paid work includes up to USD 18 per hour for core project activities, with additional incentives based on performance and project mix. Training and onboarding are provided to get you started quickly.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Comfortable discussing realistic scenarios in natural conversation.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Hold live English conversations with AI models and rank quality.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge fidelity to prompts.
• Inspect outputs for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Write explanations in English describing observations.
