Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to help train generative AI voice, image, and video models. This freelance remote role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI research.

You'll conduct live English conversations with AI, compare visuals to prompts, and inspect outputs for errors such as distorted motion or text issues. You will provide concise, evidence-based explanations of your judgments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication are required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss real-world scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge alignment with prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rate each output across dimensions and write concise explanations in English.
