Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to help train AI models, including voice, image, and video tasks. This remote freelance opportunity offers flexible hours and requires reliable internet, headphones, and a quiet workspace.

You’ll assess naturalness and usefulness of AI outputs, compare prompts and ratings, and provide clear written explanations in English. No AI-writing tools allowed; onboarding includes a brief spoken English check.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in any field.
• Strong attention to detail and careful review skills.
• Ability to describe observations in clear, evidence-based English.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI models in English.
• Rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity of outputs.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely and explain findings in writing.
