Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English-speaking freelancers to help train AI models across voice, image, and video tasks. This remote, flexible project lets you work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or higher, exceptional attention to detail, and comfort with everyday conversational speech. You will provide your own written explanations, not generated by AI tools.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Strong attention to detail; patient and able to replay or zoom in.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs for distortions, flicker, or misalignment and note issues.
• Write explicit explanations in English detailing observations.
