Job summary

Telecon seeks a Telecommunications Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver projects across Alberta, with potential for remote work. The ideal candidate resides in/around Calgary and has access to a personal vehicle for site visits.

You will manage scope, schedule, costs, and client relations, while driving business development and ensuring adherence to Telecon’s standards. Responsibilities include coordinating activities from intake to invoicing, reporting progress, and leading meetings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Familiarity with standard project management tools (Gantt charts, process mapping, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• PM certification (PMP) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects in alignment with Telecon's commitments to the customer.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
• Plan, track, report, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for new business and growth within client relationships.
• Coordinate with client and Telecon teams to maintain schedules and scope.
