• 1 year in food service supervision.
• Education: High school or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate activities of café staff.
• Ensure food preparation and service meet highest the standards.
• Train new staff in job duties and safety procedures.
• Maintain records of stock, sales, cleanliness and wastage.
• Assist in scheduling, inventory control, and revolving shift operations.
• Handle customer feedback.
