Job summary

VGS is seeking a Product Manager to drive the evolution of payments and banking technology. You’ll lead high-agency initiatives, envision new approaches to longstanding problems, and manage relationships with technologists, bankers and partners.

You will work across payments messaging, processor integration, legacy modernization, security and compliance to define capabilities. The role demands technical rigor, strong communication, and a bias for building scalable, configurable systems that

Qualifications

• 10+ years in payments tech, designing APIs and enterprise auth systems.
• Experience with banks/payments gateways and ISO8583/ISO20022.
• Strong opinions on software architecture and configurable systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Define technical requirements and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee multi-continent rollout of banking/acquiring use-cases.
• Create developer-friendly interfaces for payments messaging.
• Integrate with existing VGS platforms and ecosystems.
