• Digital literacy across devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops).

Responsibilities

• Empathize with clients and understand their circumstances to tailor advice.
• Uncover client needs and deliver client-centric advice and solutions.
• Leverage RBC partners to meet the full range of financial needs.
• Provide education on complex credit and investments and ensure suitable solutions.
• Encourage digital self-serve while offering guidance in preferred channel.
• Use technology to connect with clients virtually or face-to-face.
• Build relationships to accelerate new client acquisition and retention locally.
• Collaborate with financial planning, mortgages, and business banking experts.
