Placements24 is seeking a highly creative Remote Event Planner to design, plan, and execute corporate and virtual events from afar. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to concept, plan, and deliver engaging experiences for clients in a flexible, remote-first setting.

You will manage budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and on-site or virtual support, ensuring seamless events from concept to completion. Proficiency with Zoom, Hopin, and event-management tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of corporate and virtual events, managing all logistical elements.

• Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Develop detailed event timelines, run sheets, and communication plans for all stakeholders.
• Provide on-site or virtual support during events, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Event Planner, with a strong portfolio of corporate and virtual events.
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in event management software and virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Hopin).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, essential for remote collaboration.
• Experience in the Hospitality & Tourism industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a remote setting.
